We were blessed to be able to make a trip to the beach again this year. With the oil spill and all, everyone was talking about how bad the beaches were, and making other plans for their vacations. NOT ME! I couldn't wait to get to the beach, oil or not. I love the sounds of the water splashing against the sand, the smell of the salt water, the feel of the sand between my toes. I just love it all! So, we go, and guess what? The ocean was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The water was the clearest and prettiest that I have ever seen. You could walk out forever and only be waist or chest high. It was so, so pretty! We saw more wildlife this year too than we ever have. The beach is so theraputic to me. I love it!
I am already anxious to go back.!!!
