LIFE::
Where in the world has summer gone? Tomorrow is actually August 1!! i am devastated. i did not get to spend near the time in my yard as i wanted, near the time at the lake i wanted, nor did i get to spend as much family time as i wanted. Now...having said all of that, i have had a great summer. We have worked on the new house, gone to tons and tons of softball games and tournaments, been to the lake once, swam a little, and i have watched each of the boys grow more into the great young men they are going to be.
I have a great life.
I would not change my life for anything. i do complain now and again about not getting to do this, or that we didn't get this or that done, but it don't mean anything. We stay busy enough, and do quite a bit during those times i think we don't do anything. lol I think i just always expect more. I don't get disappointed, maybe i just over book us! haha
THE GRANDS::
The babies are growing so much too. In a little over a month, Levi will turn 4, and Brody will be 1! That, is totally unbelieveable. that is when i realize time is passing me by. Those boys should not already be that old.
levi is the smartest littel kid i know. i get tickled listening to him talk, reason, and ask questions. He will say somthing to me then say, RIGHT MoMo?.. he is always talking! It is funny to be listening to him and Cody or Zac have a conversation, because at some point, one of my boys are gonna say, Levi, just how old are you? lol Because he is saying something he shouldn't be old enough to know or understand. He is supper smart and just a darling kid. I pray i keep a close relationship with him
brody is the happiest kid i know! the last week is the only time in his life i have seen him and he wasn't smiling all the time. And that was because of his teeth! he is always a happy baby. never cries. He is such a fun baby. My goal in the next month is to spend more one on one time with him...right now he is a Poppa's boy and i am not liking that too much ;).
we are doing alright. i love where we are...and we are soon to take on a new adventure..stay tuned to see how it goes!
